About My Reincarnation to Another World Caused by Having Failed the Entrance Exam

9/5

原文

I failed the entrance exam for the University of something. Sad to say, I forgot the name of the university… There may be three main reasons why I failed the exam.

  1. To study for the exam was very stressful.
  2. I had never studied complex analysis.
  3. I have a fatally defective brain.

Anyway, I failed the exam.

I spent about three weeks to study, so I was very shocked when I heard the result. I was depressed, and one day I rushed into the head of a train bound for Ayase.

I saw the train approaching me, and I was thinking how it feels to die. However, at that moment, a strange thing was happened.

I blinked my eyes, and the meeting room of my lab appeared there. I was confused, but suddenly I was reminded of this situation. I fell asleep in the meeting, and all things I experienced was just a dream except for the result of the entrance exam.

What a sad story! I was still in this world, not in another world. My imagination was beyond an ordinary person’s level, so I often experienced things like that.

By the way, the meeting was so boring. I could not understand what the members of my lab said, so I was making some files for the next week’s presentation.

Maybe it’s because my attitude was terrible, but the members around me were gradually getting angry. When I noticed that, it was too late. A member of my lab stood up and shot my head with a rifle in his hand. I hoped to reincarnate to another world this time for sure, but this was the end.

Suddenly I recognized I was in my room. I thought, “Where is the girls in my harem?” Of course, the answer was "in my dream." I was stunned and sat down on my bed for a while. After that, I returned to the real world and opened my MacBook Pro to reserve an English lesson for TOEFL iBT.

When I finished the reservation, my mother came in my room. She said, “Something has arrived.” I thought it might be The Official Guide to the TOEFL Test. ETS is so evil, because they earn money by squeezing poor students. Anyway, I looked at the letter my mother brought, and noticed.

It was the letter that notified my examination results. I rapidly got it from my mother, and opened the letter with a little hope. And the result was failed. I died.

to be continued…

The Official Guide to the TOEFL Test"であろうと思った。

I was finally reincarnated into another world! I once (once?) died and returned to life, so I must have been reincarnated.

I said, “Status!” But my status did not appear. This was strange. So I anticipated that this world was not based on MMORPG games. There was an even more weird thing - the students of the University of Something was walking along the street. A student said cheerfully, “I have been accepted!” I saw him and noticed that the paper in his hand was the result of the entrance exam. I unintentionally took a flamethrower from my pocket and fired at him. The student burned, but nobody could punish me because this world was another world. I laughed and laughed and laughed.

Suddenly, another student said, “I was accepted.” I looked back with fear and fired again, but this time several students coincidently said, “Accepted.” I was panicked and wielded my flamethrower over and over again.

Then I grasped the condition of my body - I was catching fire. I died of intense pain.

to be continued… (By the way, the length of my diary is becoming longer gradually. Is it all right? There might be more important things, I think.)

It is my idleness that made me skip this diary for a month. Considering this bad attitude, I’m very anxious about my TOEFL iBT test. I’ll write down things happened to me in a month.

  • I went to Yamaguchi with people in my lab. There are many flies, spiders and strange big worms.(9/14~9/15)
  • I wrote my mid term report. (~9/20)
  • I met my old friend. (9/20)
  • I prepared for my mid term presentation. (~10/4)
  • I added some experiences for my research. (~10/6)

I'll continue writing this diary with many lies from now. My life is too sad to write without some dramatization, so I must always die and reincarnate to another world.

By the way, I died. However, I opened my eyes again and saw the sunlight coming through many leaves above me. I soon realized that this was another world because I had reincarnated many times. I stood up and decided to look for people who I could call for help. I walked for two hours, but I found neither people nor animals. There were only trees, flowers and grasses, so I didn't see even a small worm. Finally I felt dizzy because of the long walk and fell down in the forest.

I forgot to write this diary again. I've made a rule to prevent this. Each time I skip the diary, the main character in my novel will lose his body parts, such as legs, arms, eyes and so on. And this time he lost his left eye. Let’s go to today's story.

It was getting darker and colder, but I couldn’t move from there. There were no sounds except the rustle of leaves. I gradually got starving. And when I finally became unable to stand it, I hit on an idea. I spent all the power left to spread my right arm and pull the grasses from the ground. Then suddenly an horrible sound like a shout of a woman stroke my head, and I felt a severe pain on my left eye.
